Homopolymerization PP environmental flame retardant masterbatch MD-F103

MD-F103 is a new environmentally friendly flame-retardant masterbatch, mainly used for homopolymerization PP-V2-class flame retardant, the effective substance contains reaction type N, Br, P composite flame retardant agent.

Close to the halogen-free requirements (according to IEC 61249-2-21) in good PP modified products, no precipitation, widely used in PP products, extrusion, injection molding.

1, Low dosage,MD-F103 is used for homopolymerization PP (Homo-PP), reference ratio amount:3%-4%, can be achieved UL94 V-2 (Self-extinguishing time ≦3s).

2, The PP product can be passed the GWIT 750℃.(no ignition throughout the glow wire

test)

3, Without adding antimony trioxide, very low level of fuming , no damage to human body or equipment.

4, No precipitation, for the overall performance of products with minimal impact.

5, Because of the extremely low amount, you can increase the filling timely, in order to reduce costs.

Processing recommendations:

1,Not recommended to be used with Octabromodiphenyl ether flame retardant agent, easily lead product gray, dark, affecting the appearance.

2,Not recommended PE wax, stearic acid lubrication dispersant system, recommended EBS.

3, Not recommended calcium carbonate filler,0-20% talcum powder or Precipitated barium sulfate can be filled.

4, This product is applicable to copolymer, homo and copolymer PP composites. Package and storage:

25kgs per bag, paper-plastic composite , polyethylene plastic-lined bags, according to general chemical transport. Store in a cool dry place sealed.
