Nylon flow modifier agent MD-N201


MD-N201 flow modifier agent is an effective with low dosage additive of nylon resin, functional polymers flows like water, appearance: colorless bead-like particles.

For high viscosity to low melt index nylon, high filler (fiber glass) nylon, super tough hardy nylon.

Features

MD-N201 has a significantly improvement to plasticizing capacity, reduce the torque balance to shorten the plasticization time, reduce the processing temperature, avoid the thermal degradation of nylon reduce the melt viscosity , improve the melt flow properties and the dispersibility of the inorganic fillers.

Improve glossiness of the surface of the products(a good effect on floating fiber), without compromising the mechanical properties and thermal properties.

Package and storage:

Packaged in Cardboard drum, every drum net weight: 25kgs.

Please keep in a dry and ventilated place to prevent sun exposure, water, moisture. please sealed after not using up.
