PC Impact modifier MD-T303

Impact Modifier is also called toughening agent.

MD-T303 is the toughening compatibilizing agent of PC, PC fiber, PC / ABS alloy material, white particles, significantly toughening effect.

Directly injecting molded obtained toughening product, after mixed well with the PC, PC fiber, PC/ABS alloy materials, for reduce the costs and increase the productivity.

Interaction mechanism:

MD-T303 is the multiple copolymer, which is the core-shell structure of methyl methacrylate, butadiene, styrene.

When the material is subjected to stress, the rubber phase can play a termination "silver streaks" phenomenon. The impact energy is absorbed by the particles of the “hollowing out” and the shear yield.

While the soft-core and hard shell structure makes PC and alloy material a good compatibility, to keep the mechanical properties and processing performance.

Instructions

Directly mixing the materials, without drying, then modified granulated, twin-screw extrusion granulation dispersion better.

Reference ratio amount: 3%-8%. Or according to the products. Package and storage:

25kgs per bag, paper-plastic composite, polyethylene plastic-lined bags.

Please keep in a dry and ventilated place to prevent sun exposure, water, moisture. Shelf life of 12 months please sealed after not using up.
