PC/ABS Impact modifier MD-T302


Impact Modifier is also called toughening agent.

MD-T302 is the toughening compatibilizing agent of PC, PC/ABS alloy material, with white particles.

Significantly toughening effect, meantime improve the low-temperature impact strength and breaking elongation of the PC, PC/ABS material.

The product will not occur with a white surface ,stratification , and silver craze at the feed inlet.

Directly injecting molded obtained toughening product,after well mixed with the PC, PC/ABS alloy materials.

MD-T302 is the multiple copolymer of methyl methacrylate, butadiene, styrene with the core-shell structure .

Methacrylate plays as the phase interfacial active agent on the interface of PC and ABS, Reduced the interfacial tension between the two phases, enhanced the phase interfacial adhesion, the dispersed phase of ABS reduced in size , two-phase dispersion uniformity, stability, improve the toughness of the material.

Butadiene as a stress concentrator, induced a large number of wrinkles or shear zones and energy consumption, also played a role in the termination of silver crazes, and therefore played a good toughening to alloy materials.

Instructions

Directly mixing the materials, without drying, then modified granulated, twin-screw extrusion granulation dispersion better.

Reference ratio amount: 3%-8%. Or according to the products. Package and storage:

25kgs per bag, paper-plastic composite, polyethylene plastic-lined bags.

Please keep in a dry and ventilated place to prevent sun exposure, water, moisture. Shelf life of 12 months please sealed after not using up.
