Cold-resistant PA Impact modifier MD-N304


Impact Modifier is also called toughening agent.

MD-N304 is PA6 / PA66 (Polyamide) toughening and compatibilizing agent, white translucent particles, high maleic anhydride grafting rate, can be able to significantly improve the impact strength of nylon.

Applicable to toughened nylon, flame retardant and toughening material,

For the nylon material’s higher color requirements, it can improve the effect of dispersing the toner uniformly.

MD-N304 can be also used in TPE materials, to improve the TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), adhesive strength to the metal or nylon.

Interaction mechanism:

MD-N304 use maleic anhydride graft ethylene, octane copolymer elastomer, the active ingredient has excellent tenacity of the polyolefin elastomer.

Thereby improving the toughness of nylon (Polyamide), maleic anhydride is highly compatible, blended with PA resin, during melt processing.

The contact surface of the molecular groups formed a more stable interface layer, with a completely compatible system, to achieve the purpose of uniform dispersion and compatibility.

Instructions:

Directly mixing the materials, without drying, then modified granulated, twin-screw extrusion granulation dispersion better.

Reference ratio amount: for normal nylon: 3%-8%. For Super tough hardy nylon: 15%-25%.

Package and storage:

20kgs per bag, paper-plastic composite, polyethylene plastic-lined bags.

Please keep in a dry and ventilated place to prevent sun exposure, water, moisture. Shelf life of 12 months please sealed after not using up.
